I’ve ask for clarification on my contract and I was verbally attacked by one of the employee.
Only answer was that I signed it and was my fault.
For me was not a problem the payment only needed to know the details of it.
Employee even followed me OUTSIDE of the Vodafone shop to keep threatening m and my colleague.
Worst experience ever, hope this is not the Vodafone policy but just a bad day for the employee.
Between my to visits, I do not have a single grievance. Both employees I had the pleasure of meeting conducted themselves very proffesionally and optimally resolved what I came in for.
This shop is the best. Oscar helps me to connect my number very quickly. He is really professional
