Lanline internet and telephone: They speak english in order to sell the contract but then with all the problem they cannot do anything. No support, no call to the support center (speaks only german). For problem you will be on your own. The support is not their business.

Don’t trust ask to the neighbourd of your area, and find someone that will be able to fix all the problem that might you have later on.
I went with my friend who can speak better German than me. Both staffs only talked to my friend and weren’t glad to talk to me in English.
I didn’t even receive an answer from them about my question.
Ps. I’m not sure about how other staffs are, but for the staffs I met, I really wouldn’t recommend them to you.
