If it was possible to put zero star i would do it. The service is awful. I went there to cancel my contract but the lady there told me she cannot find my information on her system. Their salesman lied to me about the contract. He told me i can cancel my contract anytime i want and now when i want to cancel it they are not allowing me to do it. They have even charged me more than what is written in my contract and when i went there to tell her that she is giving me all types of excuses. I do not recommend vodafone at all. When you have to pay things they find you quickly but when you have to make a complaint about them taking your money they cannot find me on their system. This is the worst service ever and i will never use this again. Don’t let any salesman convince you to take things from them. They lie to you a lot and at the end you will be the loser

After a mistake on my half I asked to cancel the contract, due to there being no 5g signal at my home in Kranenburg. They helped me cancel the contract and get a refund.
The customer service here is better than people who are working on the other side of call.
