I don’t have enough time to write here why I want to give this store 0 stars, because it took me 2 months and countless phone calls, visits to another Vodafone store, and hours waiting on hold before Vodafone finally fixed the problem that the store manager at this Vodafone in Aurich caused. I was moving out of Aurich and just wanted to move my contract to a new address. Long story short, the store manager makes a commission on each new customer he signs. He scammed me into signing two new contracts. Another Vodafone store took one look at what he did and told me “you have to cancel these, what the other guy did makes zero sense”. After days of my life wasted over 2 months, I only solved the issue by writing a 2 page letter to 2 different Vodafone corporate addresses threatening legal action if they didn’t resolve my problem. One week later I got a call from Vodafone apologizing for my experience, and they solved the problem right there. The representative on the phone even told me I should probably avoid the stores next time and just do everything online. From all of this experience my advice to you: STAY AWAY from Vodafone stores. Do it online. Translate everything if you have to. But please, save yourself and do NOT sign any contracts in the store, especially this one in Aurich. The store employees can and WILL lie to you to make themselves more money by having you sign a contract, and then they will tell you everything is fine while other Vodafone employees categorically tell you no, they are wrong. They lie. You lose. If German is your second language, it’s even worse. Just stay away.
