They told me they cancelled a contract, I find out later i was charged for months. Then i go again to cancel, they tell me they cant. I come back 3 days later, they insist they cant only to find out later they could. Then they tell me they cancelled it, i get charged again next month. Now I have no connection either, customer service never replies. Nobody knows the answer to any question, they only know how to sign you up for more but cant own a mistake! Foe months, through multiple people. Same problem. I dont have another hour to waste in this office. so far ive wasted over 4 hours…
Worst experience ever.
They lie in order to sell more, i don’t know how you people sleep at night.
They say something comes with the contract and it is free of charge, and later you get invoice for 50 euros.
