I came into the store with a broken cable for a very good mobile freezer which was manufactured sometime in the early 90’s. I couldn’t find a replacement myself and hoped that the guys at Volts might have been able to repair it. They got in touch with me on the same day to tell me they wouldn’t risk a repair, but they managed for find a replacement. Amazing, because it is such an old unit and I would not have found it myself. Thank you guys, loved the level of service and the honesty.

Very good and professional service. My PC wasn’t easy to diagnose. I’ve had some graphic glitches on my PC that was showing on some games, I’ve spent a few days trying to find what’s wrong. After running out of ideas I’ve contacted Volts UK. They took my PC next day…it took nearly a week to find what’s wrong but they finally did it. It was a faulty CPU. I’ve just installed warranty replacement CPU and my RIG is finally working as it should. Thank you guys.
