Wasted my time!

Bought an HDMI cable from this store and called days in advance to confirm if I can have it exchanged or refunded as it is not working on my projector. I was told to come by the store so the cable can be tested. Went to the store and manager told me I actually can’t have any refund nor exchange because I already opened the product! After saying it might be my projector’s problem, he didn’t even bother trying to test the cable. A waste of time, money, and effort!! Beware when you buy from this store there is no appropriate refund policy.

Horrible service. Went in to buy a portable charger and was sold one that had been previously returned, all scratched up but I can ignore cosmetic defects. What I can’t ignore is that it came apart once I took it out of the box and the store refused to honor my return, instead trying to scam me into buying another product and leading me in circles. Not to mention the guy I talked to kept chipping away at the screen. Don’t buy from them.

Absolutely amazed by the experience of VVITEC Tottenham court road. My charge was low and they helped me charge at the shop at a time that I just didn’t have any way to communicate with my friends. Really helpful and worth having a look at their products that are at cheaper prices. Definitely recommend people to check out the latest phones they sell!
