These guys are fantastic. I can genuinely recommend them to anyone and everyone. I have used them over several years, for a range of computer related problems and every time they have smashed it. I know very little about computers and they tolerated my silly questions. Most professional cats I have ever worked with – and I have messed up many computers down the years. Always helpful, quick, suggesting workarounds, phoning to keep me in the loop, trustworthy, totally up front about pricing… Basically all i could ask from a repair shop. As I said, I highly, highly recommend W9 computers.
These guys are the best. I took my laptop to them with a unique problem, and within a day that had fixed it. These guys are the real deal, highly recommend. They’re extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Communication was very good, keeping me up to date as they fixed the issue. Prices are very reasonable. Best service around.
