I have a HP Pavillion that I was holding on to which had a crack on the laptop case, preventing me from opening and closing it. I also had a completely swollen battery that wouldn’t charge properly and needed replacing. I hadn’t fixed it for over a year so it was dusty and on its last legs even though the processor and pc worked just fine.

I went in and spoke to the guys, and they gave me a very reasonable price and said it would be ready by the next Sunday. They then called me back on the Wednesday saying it was ready sooner than I’d expected. When I went in to collect they gave me a full breakdown of what was wrong with it and showed me the old parts they’d taken out, offering me advice on how to maintain it.

I would absolutely trust these guys to fix my electronics as long as they’re in business.

(To confirm yes this is the exact shop I visited, I have the receipt and messages. Clearly dodgy if you don’t have any records of it) I don’t recommend this shop for iPhone lens repair, I would have been better off with a cracked lens. The red flag should have been the low price I paid. Camera no longer focuses and, I can’t take pictures as the physical camera inside has been scratched following the repair. Apple will not touch it as a third party has incorrectly replaced the part. I’m basically stuck or have to by a new phone, when mine is only a year old! This has caused so much stress, a complete nightmare.

They replaced a screen in my Pixel 7 Pro with a quick turnaround and a good price. Communication was good and the guys were friendly and helpful.

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they were not open this morning when they advertised they would be.

I would definitely use them again.
