Absolutely fantastic service. My laptop had stopped working/responding and I had years of photos stored on the hard drive. I rang Ken who reassured me he would help. Ken talked me through the possible issues including costs. I was able to make a decision and go ahead with the help offered. Within a day Ken called and said my laptop was ready. The laptop is working brilliantly (fast and responsive) and ALL my data including photos were saved onto a hard drive. Ken was fab and I am super grateful.
Once again Kenny has saved the day. He sorted both my own desk top PC and my wife’s to a high standard with sound advice, reasonable prices and attention to detail that does him great credit. Nothing is too much trouble for him and I’m happy to recommend his services to anyone needing help with their technology. A very knowledgeable man and local provider who deserves our support.
