I had read many horror story’s of phone fixing places messing with your phone while it’s not in your possession, breaking the screen ect. But I’m happy to say that here didn’t do any of that. I needed a new battery for my iPhone 11 Pro as well as nee charging port. They replaced it under four hours and even gave me a free screen protector. Pricing was decent as well as the whole thing only cost PS120. Great staff and even greater experience. I genuinely would recommend and go again if my phone breaks again in the future.
Absolutely brilliant service. I cracked the screen on my new s24 ultra phone and they sorted it for me same day. Really friendly, helpful and professional service. I even bought a couple of accessories whilst there and they helped me choose and showed me how to use and really looked after me on the price too, I would recommend to all and if I ever have a phone issue it’s the first place I would go. I pay them a visit despite residing far away from Derby. My cellphone was blacked out, broken screen, short circuited motherboard, bad charging port etc. I thought they were the only ones that could potentially save such a lost cause, and indeed they did in no time.
