Recently took my pixel 6 in for repair. The battery had expanded. Took longer than expected for the battery to arrive but thats not on them. Once it did arrive my phone still wouldnt turn on so they sent it away for a closer look. Got it back today in perfect working order. I was worried id be charged extra for that but I was only charged my original quote. Lovely people and they didnt even ask for my password which is a huge plus for me. Highly recommend.
Once again We Fix come to the rescue.I lost all the files on my main PC due to a one drive problem that basically shredded everything, and the laptop holding backups failed simultaneously. Within in a week I had the data returned on a usb stick. together with the hard drive, The laptop was toast but I am so relieved to have the files back. Dont bother going anywhere else in Bournemouth.
Love this shop! David and Lauren have helped me out many times with minor issues like screen protectors, cleaning out charging port etc and occasionally with larger problems like battery replacement and software issues for phones and tablets. They are very generous with advice too. Many thanks!
