Took my PS5 controller to be fixed on Monday 24th July. The guy told me on the day that their Royal Mail delivery was late and he was awaiting parts.
Called me on Friday the 29th to tell me that he was just on a call to Royal Mail and that their delivery wont be coming untill Monday.
Took them the whole week to get in touch with Royal Mail
When I got frustrated and asked how come it took them so long he replied
“We’ve not kept your Joystick hostage, you can come and collect them”
Absolute joker, learn some proper customer service and do your job properly.

Had an issue with my ps5 hdmi port, received a swift reply on their Facebook stating a very reasonable price and that they could get it done the same day. Dropped it off and had my ps5 back within a couple of hours with it all working. Lovely team and would highly recommend to anyone who has any issues with their devices! 10/10 thanks!
Absolute life savers!!
