I was afraid to take my computer to a normal tech shop as I have a high end computer and was afraid they will mess it up. So I took it for Jacob to have a look, he was very friendly, charged a very reasonable price and fixed it overnight. My computer works flawlessly now and i will always come to Jacob if i have anymore problems with my pc. The service was exemplary and has been done with quality, and I would recommend anyone with an issue in their pc to come to Jacob.
They fixed the laptop speedily. It was a little difficult arranging the location to drop off the laptop, but they kindly dropped it back to us as I said that it was difficult to arrange to pick it up. It was a little on the expensive side but the laptop did have substantive issues and I was happy to pay for that, especially given the good service.
