When my old (late 2012) 21.5″ iMac wouldn’t boot up I wondered if repair was possible. I booked a service with my local store via Apple but they called the day before I was to take it in to say it was too old for them to be interested in. Then I remembered there was a We Repair Tech locally that I had used years ago. I popped in and Emma said her husband had never turned down an iMac so off to Virginia Water I went. Sure enough just two weeks later I had a fully working machine that not only booted up to exactly how it was before it failed but was indeed a little bit quicker. So whilst it hasn’t saved my life it has certainly made it easier and I have to say well done and many thanks for spending the time to find all the parts for and saving a well used – but not exactly new – machine.

Managed to break the screen on my all-in-one Lenova. No option but to replace. Emma was friendly, understanding and super efficient. Computer had to be dismantled first to get part number, screen ordered and reassembled. Done in just over 3 days. Superb. Unfortunately(?) it’s not the first time I’ve used WRT and unfortunately(?) it probably wont be the last. Thank you.

My 2012 MacBook Air needed a new keyboard due to corrosion of the metal connectors. Apple Store staff told me that my laptop was obsolete and no keyboard could be sourced. Emma at ‘We Repair Tech’, kindly told me this was rubbish. She promptly ordered a new keyboard and I had my laptop back and working again within 2 working days. Amazing customer service.
