I visited Neil at “We WILL fix Your PC” after my PC was experiencing issues outputting display to my monitors. I built the PC myself a number of years ago so whilst confident in my ability to troubleshoot issues the things I could do myself (cleaning and reseating my hardware) didn’t fix the issue. My machine needed to be tested to see what part had ultimately died and I didn’t have spare hardware to do that. I’m very precious about my PC but after visiting Neil and asking him some noob questions around the steps they would take to diagnose my issues his responses clearly showed a high level of competency and I left my PC with him. He called me to say my machine was booting with their test bed CPU and it looked like mine was dead. He gave me a number of options, they could order a CPU and fit it, I could purchase the CPU directly and they fit it or I could pay solely for the diagnosis. I opted to purchase the CPU and have them fit it. They turned that around the same day and had called me to pickup the PC after running stress testing on the new CPU to ensure everything was functioning correctly. I would highly recommend Neil and “We WILL fix Your PC” if you’re having any PC trouble. The turnaround time was within the period he quoted (will obvious change and depend on his current inventory of items to repair). Prices were affordable and more than reasonable for the time taken to diagnose (using his hardware and expertise) and fit a replacement part for me. Hopefully nothing else in my PC decides to die and I won’t need their services again but if anything does go wrong I know where I’ll be going. It’s great to have this service locally.

I have used this company previously, as a satisfied customer I returned. The screen for my iPhone was replaced in just over an hour.
I left satisfied, only to realise that the screen had turned purple and was difficult to read clearly. I phoned and explained the issue to be told ‘yes I would expect that, if you went to Apple and had the screen replaced it would cost you more’ he then proceeded to pull up the Apple site and give me a price they would charge.
This should really have been explained before the screen was replaced. The person I dealt with was quite abrupt.
When I got home and pressed the home button to turn the iPhone on, the screen cracked. So I went back the following day to show him and he said ‘ there is no guarantee, the moment you leave the premises that is your responsibility not mine’ Unbelievably rude. I was shocked. He then turned around and said ‘ I will fix it this time but if it happens again I won’t ‘
Absolutely shocked at this and the customer service. My phone now just randomly pulls up pages, it doesn’t activate when it rings, the touch screen is temperamental and I have to keep turning it off and re starting it.
I would definitely avoid this place, I’m glad people have had a positive experience here but I am shocked at the quality and the rudeness of the member of staff I dealt with .

Absolutely shocking! inferior products!!

We had our sons ipad screen replaced (PS140) after getting it back, i put it in it case as i did i pressed the last corner in the case and my thumb went straight through the glass!

Took it back to them and explained what happened and they said it would be another PS140 to replace the screen. The man laughed at me and was extremely rude. I would not recommend this business, for the quality of the product but moreover because the terrible customer service, which is so easy to get right with compassion and kindness, sadly they showed none of this.
