These have had my business for the last 10 years buying my first PC with them at the Eastwood store. Some of my family and friends even longer than that.
I’ve been continually let down. in the last few months I’ve asked 4 times for a price on something as they said they’d get them in for me. I’ve been let down each and every time.
I was looking at spending around PS1200 on a pair of high end monitors and some high end storage so it’s not like i was wasting their time with a USB lead or something daft.
Terrible customer service with no effort made to keep you informed in any way, including on a repair i had with them. Be prepared for it to go over their time slotted and chase them throughout the whole process if you want to know whats happening with your machine.
Poor stock options with a distinct lack of interest in getting exactly the parts that are required.
This is not a store i will be visiting again.

The shop itself is excellent but customer support is poor. When you drop a pc of with a fault you get no communication from the shop on progress are even if a repair needs doing. Once you ring up after 5 days of waiting your told of the cost of a repair and if you want to go ahead with it so after you give the green light and pay your money your again left in the dark for a week. Once you ring again your told someone will ring you back….this never happens. After 2 weeks your told the pc is unrepairable which is fine but a 2 day job takes 2 weeks if waiting for phone calls that never come you seem to be constantly chasing them . A little bit of communication with the customers and they would be a 5 star outfit

Poor service with shady tactics for increasing the price. Double the price as it wasn’t an online order, asked the sales time why there price was different to be told the online price was incorrect. We both know, that is bull.

Used these guys plenty of times in the past but never again. Use Amazon.

As you can see below, prices on website not the same as in store. It might state that in there websites T&C’s but we are talking double the cost. Happy you reviewed the cameras, but I didn’t not see the pay screen as it was hidden under the make shift COVID screens. And PS13 and PS30 sound very similar, don’t you think?

It always surprises me when companys reply arguing with there (ex) customers.
