Great service from Usman in the Kidlington shop. I had had an erratic iPhone charging connection for weeks. Tried to clean it at home, but no improvement. Assumed I would need a replacement charging unit. When I took it in, Usman said he would first try to clean it and, if that worked, the cost would be much less. I didn’t think that would happen, but he succeeded. Saved more than two thirds of the cost of replacing the charging unit. Brilliant job!
I bought my new phone half a year ago, and it still surprises me! But I bring it back to we fix etc. They are never impatient. They have always fixed everything, with a smile! Took the broken screen on my S20 Ultra and it was fixed the same day at a very reasonable cost (albeit a replacement screen is an expensive repair anyway). They even put a screen protector on the device at no extra cost. Great service. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
