I bought my phone here on August 18, 2023. My Apple had been smashed (back) so I brought my phone here and they replaced the back, then on August 22, 2023 I called because I had my phone in my pocket and I don’t have if my keys or something did it but it was cracked up by the top so I called and stated my case, trust me if I had dropped it I would take full responsibility. The young guy whom I spoke with said oh well come in maybe the glasses is a default and let’s get you a new one. I go back in and speak with the guy whom barely speaks English then continues to tell me I’m wrong and I broke my own phone he is also the same guy I dealt with when I dropped and picked up my phone. He’s not really the kindest man to my knowledge and then he called the owner and then he comes back to the front and states to me that they’ll give me $20 off and then I just was in shock because I did not do that. I didn’t drop it. I would acknowledge that and then told me to come back when the owner was there and I asked when the owner would be there and he said “Monday around Monday”and I said what is around Monday mean it’s not a time it’s a date and he just kept shrugging me off and then told me how wrong I was in front of three other customers which was humiliating to me. Adding to this when the worker took off my case he actually cracked the back of my phone more, I also told him to look at the case and there was zero marks for dropping it has I changed it when I got new glass.

print it – Mandeep Brar, that staff member was extremely wrong to treat a customer in that manner, even when I left one of the customers said hearing your story and how they treated you I wouldn’t want to do business here, a CUSTOMER felt bad and apologized.
I wonder if Mandeep will address this issue correctly.

My phone was absolutely mangled from tree planting… dirty as hell, cracked screen, and was absolutely glitching out, and bent like a banana. These guys gave me the friendliest service, even cleaning out my friends phone too. The fully fixed my phone and ended up saving me a solid hundreds of dollars. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get their phone fixed. They have a lifetime warranty on their replaced screens … so long as it isn’t water or cracked.

My laptop suddenly stopped charging so I called and asked if I could bring it in to get it checked out. They don’t charge for diagnostics which was nice. They explained everything to me about wattage and my power cords, etc (even though I’m computer illiterate)
They found the issue the same day and were so incredibly kind on top of it.

Will go back! But hopefully nothing else of ours breaks again!
