Bruce was on time for all of our appointments. I thought I was going to have to replace my laptop because it was so slow but Bruce installed a part for $30 and it is as fast as lightning now. He also switched me over from Bell e-mail to gmail. We ran into some challenges (of course) so it took longer than expected but Bruce stood by his original pricing quote.
Bruce also mentioned that he is able to help with figuring out our Smart TV (since we aren’t so smart about it). We haven’t taken him up on it yet but I’m sure we will in the future.
His rates are very reasonable. I would recommend Bruce.
