Simply, THE BEST! 6 stars are needed. Resolving issues on 2 old iMacs, with a build on a new Mac mini from 2 hard drives, and repurposing the best of 2 old ones, took a whole day, but from the onset JOOST the manager just put my combined needs first, before his own work load. As a consequence, I have a friend who can go into hospital with his wife being able to use a newly functioning computer. I can test in the knowledge that I have received world beating customer care. If there is such a thing as the Apple reseller of the year award, JOOST the manager needs to receive it now! There cannot be a better group of people. Above and beyond, totally recommend. Thank you!

Very disappointed with the lack of service in your Cheltenham store. My husband & I visited on Sunday, with the intention to purchase an Apple Watch series 9. We were not acknowledged, or asked if we needed assistance. We stood around for at least ten minutes. There was only one member of staff, and he was with a customer. Eventually I had to interrupt their conversation, to ask if there was someone else who could assist us. He said that there was, and would be with us in a second. Ten minutes later we were still left unattended, so we left your store.
I purchased my watch at John Lewis. The young man that assisted us was most helpful.

A big thank you to the courteous and knowledgeable team at the Cheltenham store. The manager sorted a potentially difficult situation with the cracked screen on my new Studio Display, and Matt and Will ran MRI health checks on second-hand phones. These checks were certainly beyond the interests of the shop (who only sell new and refurbished phones) yet they handled all questions patiently and respectfully. I am not familiar with writing reviews, but Western /iStore do seem to deserve all the praise they get as an Authorised Service Provider
