Apple booked us an appointment to go to this store. Assured us they were an official apple retailer and a genius there could help us out with a very simple iOS update/erasing phone data issue. Wanted to charge us PS50 for a service that would be provided for free at any Apple store and literally includes just plugging the phone into an up to date iMac or pc. We were not told this until we travelled an hour and a half to find this out and we didn’t have the money ready for this so wasted journey and now we have to spend more money going to Manchester. With two young kids. Thanks a lot.
