EDIT: later the same day, i literally got the laptop home and ended up pouring a drink over it within the hour, whipped it straight back down to Ooops and he stripped, dried, cleaned and tested it on the spot for me, taking the cost of the emergency strip and clean in to account against a further repair job if the keyboard fails over the next few days!
double earned that 5* review, and the return customer when I next need tech help!
I was right my assumption. I found Daniel very pleasant and professional to deal with. He ‘cleaned’ my computer, but luckily he couldn’t see anything. If there was it is not in there now for definite. I now have piece of mind.
