I do not recommend this place. I’m pretty sure they put a defective part on my phone and after a day of not even using my phone because of being busy and restoring it from ICloud, it started powering off randomly and making clicking sounds. I hoped by powering it off over night and turning it on the next day it would work again, but instead I turned it on to half the screen being blue and not working. They claim it was my damage because of some tiny crack on the inside of the screen only visible by opening the phone up and shining the light a certain way. The glass and touch layer of the screen were perfectly fine. $430 later and my phone is broken and worse than when I took it in. Honest mistake by them? Maybe, but is it worth the risk to take in your phone and have them fix it? Nope

Edit* after going in there appeared to be a tiny crack that was on the top right of the screen. This was not there before it was dropped off, and the attached photos are from videos of it freaking out…no screen damage.

WATCHOUT.. they told me they could easy fix my iPhone screen. I know dumb I didn’t realize they weren’t an authorized iPhone repair but the guy completely made it sound like they were. The screen was giving me faulty messages by the time I got to my car so I went back in and they said don’t worry it’ll settle down I n a couple days. The screen would respond sometimes and sometimes nothing. I went back in 4 times to complain about this problem and literally the guy took my phone and swiped and it worked and his reply was it worked just now. I told him 100 times it’s intermittent and he shrugged his shoulders. I went to an actual apple dealer and they said they can’t work on it cause it’s not their screen. So bottom line new phone and $2100 later (warranty was over on the old phone) but the worst part is I had to set up my new phone from iCloud and I lost a TON of work related things in that process. FURIOUS

What a God send this business is. After being quoted six to seven hundred to fix the speakers on my phone from another business, a friend recommended Wi West. From the minute I entered the store I was impressed with the owner”s knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. Very rare these days. Can’t thank them enough. Wi West got my phone working beautifully for a hundred dollars. Fast, excellent communication , and a dose of human kindness. Thank you so much
