Asked and told them several times over the phone and in person that I wanted them to completely disassemble clean and put back together My PC.

When we met in person even pointed out how to pull the Case apart. They asked if I wanted the cpu repasted I said “I don’t know its been running for around 2 years what do you think?” So they at least knew I wanted it pulled apart.

2 hour drive and $60 and All they did was use some condensed air to blow out the fans. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

Nice try but no I won’t be taking a 2 hour drive back and no you never even mentioned The heatsink, your just trying to save face. A refund would be nice but not expecting it.
I said I needed it done by Wednesday and you said you could do it. It was for My brother whose coming out of hospital and you couldn’t deliver that’s all that needs to be said.

Ian & Jerry now their computer, printer, wifi signal etc stuff, provide great value for money, are always on time for home office work, arrive quickly if there is a problem & are patient with the computer shortfall questions and requests of a pre-baby boomer manual typewriter graduate
