Probably one of my worse customer service experiences, where you get a salesperson promising things and not delivering so i end up with 2 parcels delivered by the same courier at the same time 2nd time i have had empty promises from a company that seems to care nothing about customer service. No resolve last time and probably the same this time there are far better wholesalers that treat you with the respect you deserve.
Working within the Security & Fire industry for the past 11 years i have seen IP systems become more and more common across all disciplines. Recently moving into Sales with APS, this has allowed me to work closely with Rob our Account manager who is always available for Pre-sales design support right through to our engineers installing on the ground.
