I was kept updated with the ordering/arrival of the required parts and, once they had arrived, repair and return was swift. The secure drop off facility meant I was able to drop off my phone at a time that suited me, a bonus for those with busy lifestyles. Fair prices for an excellent service!
I have an Oppo Find X5 Pro (a bit of a weird device to most). I had a faulty usb charging port that wouldn’t hold the cable on its own.
