Took an iPhone 11 in for a new battery . Told it was PS50 for a genuine Apple part and paid . Collected the phone , following day it’s showing 81% battery availability. Took the phone back and complained and I was told they fit refurbished batteries , not new for that price Apple don’t sell refurbished batteries so a complete lie . An absolute con. Got a refund . I’ll be going to a reliable repairer and it will be interesting to see if they even took the original apple battery out , or just said they’d replaced it and gave it me back . I’ll never go to them again . Any reputation gained must have been the previous owner . They also wanted password to unlock the phone ? No thanks . Be very careful

I dropped my phone on my way to a hairdressers appointment and the screen was destroyed – the hairdresser recommended The Device Lab. I took it the next day and within half an hour had a new screen with a screen protector included. Excellent service.
A few weeks later, my son wanted a screen protector for his new Samsung phone – Device Lab didn’t have one but said to buy it online and he would put it on. We took it in and he did it straight away and didn’t even charge us! I highly recommend The Device Lab – they know what they are doing and are very polite!

I can definitely recommend this place. I’ve been a few times, once because the battery in my car key needed replacing and the alarm was going off so it was urgent I got it replaced which Wilmslow phones kindly replaced for me free of charge. The 2nd time I went with a broken laptop and then with a phone I wished to sell. Always very helpful and quick.
