THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU. i spent 147 dollars for wintronics to “fix” my laptop. it was broken again a week later after “repair”. took it to a competitor in st catherine’s and they figured out the issue while i was in store when wintronics had it sitting like a paper weight for days despite not even fixing it. the guy at the competitors store said my laptop was never even opened since it came from the factory, wintronics literally didn’t even try to fix the issue. wintronics charged me 147 to update my computer, which i stated at the beginning i could do that myself. my laptop is fine now thanks to the competitor in st catherine’s. they were extremely angry and surprised when i told them how much wintronics charged me without even fixing the issue. wintronics couldn’t even tell me what they did to fix it and wouldn’t answer any questions. what was the 147 dollars for? you didnt even fix my laptop . the receipt says “no refund” but does that still apply when you didn’t even fix my computer to begin with?

edit after the horrible response: of course my name isn’t dragon speaks. name one person you know named “dragon”. i have the receipt proving purchase, and already stated how much you charged therefore you’re clearly lying to save face when i know your rates. also, it wasn’t a PC or windows. you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about and the gaslighting isn’t appreciated. i guess i’ll have to visit with my receipt for a proper conversation so you can explain what you did to fix my computer (we both know you did nothing) since you accused me of never being a customer.

I’ve gone to him for computer repairs, battery replacements, general laptop questions (Mac), tech help for my clinic sound system, solutions to general software and hardware problems, and most recently I needed a solution for my TV/video waiting room advertising/promotion system. Khalid provides me as much time and energy as it takes to get my problems resolved and my ideas for my business sorted out! He has been very instrumental to me. I’d have paid THOUSANDS for a company to come in and I just can’t afford that, so he helped me be creative and resourceful. Brought my computer in to get a error code fixed to find out there was a bigger problem. Apparently the hard drive from the old computer that I used for a partitions was corrupted in witch corrupted the main drive. So I did as the tech suggested and got a backup done of the main drive and as for that he gave me it back. The other drive I unplugged as soon as I got home. Computer is now working, lots to fix as all the files are all jumbled up on my desktop. The tech stated that games could not be backed up. Guess that the price I pay for going on unsecured sites. Thank you Wintronic for the fix, I learned a valuable lesson and now setup my browser on all my devices to block those sites. I’m a huge gamer so I have months of work to do. At least next time it happens all my files are save
