What has prompted me to leave this review is how great they’ve been this much later with a full refurbishment, which means the laptop has many years left in it. When I took it to local repair shops I was told “laptops don’t last more than 2 years” and quoted PS80+ just to have a look. I contacted Wired2Fire on the off chance they could help and the service was nothing other than exceptional. From sourcing new parts for a 6 year old machine to getting tools to repair it that they didn’t have!
The engineer, Dan, kept me updated every step of the way and now it’s back its almost as good as new!
If you are looking for somewhere that will sell you a great pc and take amazing care of it afterwards you shouldn’t go anywhere else.
