Fantastic experience! Monty was friendly and went the extra mile to arrange starting the process for a new phone. Wireless at costco is a great place to get your phones. Great customer experience and generally the best deals out there. Dale was very helpful and knowledgable. He spent a lot of time ensuring that we were happy with our choices while getting us the most value for our money. 10 out of 10 recommend.
The kiosk was super busy. I think the gentleman that helped me was Dale (?). It was close to closing time and he was super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. The world needs more people like Dale. I was extremely impressed with him. Amazing service!
