My laptop case cracked a while ago. I patched it up with Gorilla tape but the crack started to get worse. On an extended visit to Arbroath, I passed the Wireless shop and called in on the off chance that they could fix it. Despite the ancient age of the laptop, they were able to order the new case and texted me to let me know when it arrived. I took in the laptop to be told that it would be ready the next day. I told them how important it was for me to have my laptop back because I run my life on it!!

Amazingly they called me the same day to say they had it ready. I dashed on over there and found my laptop looking almost like new. Have been using it for a couple of days now and it’s absolutely fine except the DVD drive bezel/door nearly fell off and had to be clipped back in place. Saved me having to buy a new laptop plus all the bother of transferring all the files and programs.

So very pleased with the service and the price was quite reasonable too. In fact they under promised and then over delivered by getting it ready a day before they had promised.

Went into shop this morning with a phone problem, I were going to buy another Phone from them, as I needed to recieve Hospital calls urgently, but Erin worked hard to get my phone working, and he did! He chose to try and repair it rather than me paying to get the new phone, and he didn’t charge me to get it working again, he is very helpful and friendly, and has a really nice manner, I do not hesitate to recommend this business, we shall be using them in the future should we need repairs or purchase another phone, we won’t be going anywhere else.
