They are nice and seem upfront about prices.

They couldn’t fix my water damaged phone or pull the photos off of it. They don’t charge if they’re unsuccessful.

I recommend anyone using their services to remove all accessories before leaving your phone with them to avoid them being loss.

I gave 4 stars instead of less because it seems no one can pull the photos off of this phone so I don’t think their score should be impacted by that fact.

I didn’t give them five stars because I didn’t get my case back. I asked for it and they said it didn’t have one when I know it did. They offered to give me a new one, but what’s the point, the phone’s broken. I just wanted the case I came in to be returned, you know? I also don’t like how they argued a bit on that point because I also feel like when you clean up and find a random case that maybe it goes with a phone that someone brought it.

Lost and found box of random cases would probably save some headaches.

I’ve attached photos of the case I had from the Amazon Ad. Maybe someone finds it, lol! It’s slim fit and black, so I get why it’s forgettable.
