My wife’s phone died on her suddenly. I went to the mall to check at the Bell store. Without any luck at the Bell store (nothing in inventory and no service) I decided to go check at the Source.
On my way there I ran across that stand in the middle of the mall.
What a great surprise!!!! A very nice lady ( her name is Dhruti ) with a great smile and very professional answered all my questions, gave me great advices and went over and beyond to make sure I was totally happy with the new phone.
I never thought I would buy anything from a stand in the mall but I was very wrong to think that way.
They really care about their customers not like the big name stores. The plan I got was way better than anything the other places offered me…
Totally recommend them!!!

Was looking for a new phone and this store had some good deals going. I was excited at first…
They wouldn’t except the three different pieces of ID that I provided them. Even though i had a credit and visa debit card with my name on it. Super disappointed as I was ready to get the phone right away. Took my business elsewhere where all they needed was my photo ID.
I had a great experience at wireless wave today! Priyankaa was super helpful with upgrading my phone, changing my plan to a more affordable deal and getting shown how to access my 5 hours of free data through my plan.
