It was fine. I really don’t like dealing with phones. So that being said it was not that bad of an experience. The gentleman really tried to find any areas that he could save me some money. The only thing I did not like is he told me I can’t buy a phone outright. He said you can’t do that any place. If that’s the case I think it’s ludicrous and should be changed. But I will look into it next time I am in town and if that’s not correct what I was told I will raise hell about it

I have not forgotten the excellent service Sreejith provided when I purchased my phone in November. He explained everything clearly and professionally about the phone and my bill. As a senior who is not comfortable with technology I was not looking forward to shopping for a new phone. Sreejith made the experience pleasant and stress free.

Sreejith was incredibly helpful in finding and setting up a new plan that worked for my needs and budget. He completely respected my boundaries around bringing my own device and wasn’t aggressive in trying to upsell new devices or more expensive plans, and he worked really hard to make sure I got the best deal. I absolutely would visit him and the Wireless kiosk in the future for any mobile needs.
