The service provided by Matt B today totally changed my oppinion of Wirelesswave. I had a couple bad experiences and thought i would never use their service again. After hearing from many people how happy they were with thier service provided by Matt, I gave Wirelesswave another chance and am glad I did. Matt was professional, honest, and very personable. A really great experience, leaving me ready to return when I need any further cell services.
KRISHNA I would like to compliment this young woman …on her exceptional public relation skills, her knowledge of your services. Also, she is patient. Has a sense of humour ; and asked MATT for assistance on one part. It is a great benefit when an employee knows when to ask for assistance, as I was pressured for time in asking for this service
I will NEVER recommend this kiosk to anyone. My elderly mother was given a defective product, and got nothing but attitude when she returned it. The salesperson denied there was anything wrong with the device, even though I personally tested it. Disappointing to say the least, especially with all the positive reviews.
