I brought in my pc because it had accumulated a number of issues in the four years since I’d built it. Avi took it and took my phone number and promised to take a look at it as fast as possible. He was always very transparent and would call me every time something would come up that could increase the price which I appreciated a lot. He was honest when he wasn’t sure how to fix the problems but he still proposed solutions and tried to choose what was most accessible and what I’d prefer. In the end they had my computer for about 3 days and I payed about 650$ for a cleaning, a GPU repair, a cooling pump reseating, a new set of RAM (which ended up being an upgrade at no extra cost due to them having better components in stock), a new SSD, and a fresh windows install. He even called back for a follow up about a week later, which I admit I didn’t respond to because life was busy then and stuff but now I thought I’d write this review now that I’ve been using the computer more. I’ve managed to reinstall my games and other software on the new install(trying to stick to the necessary and unharmful stuff though to avoid further trips) and I’ve been able to transfer my things from the old SSD and that’s been going well too. So no complaints here and Avi if you see this thanks so much I really appreciate the work you did as well as the attention you gave to me as the client and yes the computer has had no further issues. I now know who to call if I ever have any further issues with my computer. Hopefully I won’t wait as long before getting help though. And if anyone I know needs a great and fast computer repair shop I’ll know who to recommend.

These folks are always lovely – I’ve gone to them twice now and both times they were very helpful with a frustrating problem. They were also completely reasonable both times.

First, I brought my computer and they thought they found the error, fixed it, and returned it to me and I paid for the fix. It turned out that hadn’t been the problem. They looked at it again and told me the motherboard needed replacing, but they were really upfront that it wasn’t worth the cost to replace it because I could get a new laptop for not much more. They refunded the entire cost of the original fix that didn’t work.

Second time, similar thing, I brought something in and they looked it over and told me that it was possible to fix but just warned it would be really expensive and might not be worth it for me.

They’re always friendly and patient and I really appreciate that, considering how frustrating tech problems are.

Cost is $100 per hour.

They are 5 mins away from my house and I needed my desktop fixed asap. Speed and customer service was excellent. However, they have a smooth turnaround price that goes up in intervals of $100 on their sign up tablet. When asked what this was, they said it’s their hourly rate. For a clean up and BIOS update, they took 1.5 hours and called me to ask if I want to update the drivers for the last half an hour. So $230 with tax for a clean up, BIOS update and a driver update. They had it done within a few hours of dropping it off. He even brought the desktop to my car because it was heavy. So that was nice of them.

They took my power cord, forgot they took it and I had to go back but ended up receiving one that was different from my original power cord.

So if you want speed and good customer service and you’re willing to pay $100 an hour for that, I guess I would recommend it.
