First visit was pleasant as the staff honored the price quoted for the repair. I Had the screen of an iPhone replaced and although the wait was more than 30 mins (as there was one customer who was ahead of me), Rob regaled me with annecdotes and updated me on the progress his repair shop has made over the years with respect to the services they offer.
Within 2 weeks from the date of repair, the glass screen that had been replaced started lifting and popping off the frame. Upon further inspection I also noticed the battery was discharging at a much faster rate then it had been prior to the repair. I was able to verify this by checking the phones battery health logs found in the settings app. When I called the shop to explain the problem, the service I received was unexpectedly poor. The service technician at the counter talked down to me condescendingly, was arrogant and accused me of damaging the phone. Rob did nothing to help improve matters and quoted me a significantly higher price than what I had paid less than 3 weeks prior to get the screen repaired a 2nd time!
Two stars for offering attractively low prices but the condescending and arrogant manner of the staff is an absolute turn-off!

Rob was simply amazing to deal with–very professional and a great sense of humor. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and what it would cost.
After my daughter moved out of our house to a new home with her partner, she had left her laptop behind as “it wasn’t working anymore”. She had tried several things to fix it but wasn’t successful. When I looked up the Dell model number, it seemed like it was worth fixing especially with its 17″ screen. I brought it Rob, who got it up and running for a very reasonable price. The turnaround time was better than expected, even though a replacement part had to be ordered. Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased, and even more so when our daughter said we could keep it.
I will definitely be going back. I’ll try out his ink cartridge refilling service next, which should save me some money on expensive OEM ink cartridges. I’ve paid the cost of my printer many many times over just in ink cartridges, so I’m hopeful!
