Left my PC with Wizard as it would not update to Windows 11 despite the Main Board Supplier stating that it should.
Received a phone call shortly after saying that they had fixed the problem and it was ready for collection.
Upon collection was advised that it was a simple job taking only five minutes and there was no charge. It was simple to them but obviously not to the likes of me. I very much admire the friendly and professional way I was treated and highly recommend their services.

Wizard by name and Wizard by nature! What a fantastic job you did on my daughter’s laptop with a broken screen, at very short notice and turned it around within an hour! She managed to catch her flight home to Spain after a disastrous start to her day!! Thank you so, so much. Highly recommended!!
Excellent all round service sorting out numerous issues with a laptop that my son had knocked onto the floor.
