Awful service not interested once they have your money.
Originally went in for front and back to be repaired after returning to collect the phone the grey iPhone had a blue back on it because they ran out of grey they didn’t even ask if we wanted this just done it anyway. When we said we didn’t want it we had to return a week later to get it done again

Phone screen didn’t work properly after a week absolutely draining battery on the phone, bottom half of the screen didn’t respond and made the phone so hot the screen cracked again.
When taken in store (3rd visit!!) to show we was told to buy another screen.

If you want your phone repairing properly keep far away from here, save yourself the time and money.

First of all we had no idea you didn’t have the grey in stock you did not inform us until we collected the phone from you. I’m sure if you have cctv you will be able to check this yourself as we question why it was done the moment we seen it, so that is a total lie.

Second – why would we pay you to replace an awful job you did in the first place ? The screen did not respond half the time so we are not willing to pay and take the risk of you doing an awful job again and refusing to sort it again so of course I rejected paying half price we had it done a week ago. The phone was in better condition before we have it to you. Absolutely ridiculous

I have taken the phone to another company this morning

They have informed us the reason the phone was so hot and the screen cracked again was because the protective layer on the back was left on. They said screws were missing and just in total shock at what poor quality the screen was.

Your response to the last review is a complete lie. We was not told about the blue back on the phone until you had already done it. Check your cctv if you need reminding and you will see from the conversation we were surprised when we seen it.

Also of course we didn’t accept your offer of us paying again for you to replace a screen we paid for only a week ago and done so badly no matter what price you would offer.

As I have stated I am glad to have everything I said to you in regards to the state of the job because it has been all confirmed by people who have now done a much more professional job.
