I accidentally broke my MacBook’s screen on Monday night (make sure the zip from your laptop case isn’t next to your computer ). Emailed WS Techxpert and received a quote which was more than half Apple’s estimated repair price. Apple also couldn’t tell me how long they would have it – maybe a week or two. So I took my MacBook to WS Techxpert after work on Tuesday and was given the choice to pay an extra $30 for priority work. As I’m going to Qld next week I gladly paid it. I picked it up Friday the same week as good as new! This was with Anzac Day on Thursday as well. The other thing I liked was they did not need my passwords as we knew the computer wasn’t damaged (could partially see it on broken screen). They said there would be no need to enter computer as it’s a screen replacement. I highly recommend them.

Will and Steve are so helpful and knowledgeable with repairs. They are very competitive both price wise and timely – I was quoted nearly three times the cost and time (20-30 mins as opposed to 3 4 hours!) to replace a cracked screen. We are really fortunate to have to have these guys locally. I could not locate a better service – thank you guys!
