My son was very happy that his controllers were fixed quickly. Two of the Xbox controllers were broken beyond repair so Rob was able to exchange them for a reasonable price. I didn’t have a clue what the controllers were and Rob explained everything clearly in email. Very happy customer will definitely go to WSMfix again and recommend all my friends and family.
