I am a technology professional (30 years). My company works with software developers, hardware experts, hosting companies, etc. My company has performed work for Amazon AWS, Verizon, Hitachi and many other F10 to F1000 companies. We focus on providing extremely complex business solutions.

In Kelowna BC Canada, I have done business with WyTek Direct many times. Pricing for parts, cables, tech tools, gizmos and USB drives are far lower than Best Buy.

My PC recently needed to be repaired. This was a critical repair issue to me. Mark (the owner of WyTek) replaced the entire top panel of my laptop, replaced the fan, keyboard, battery and cleaned the PC board and heat sinks. He charged 2 hours @ $70 per hour, $35 for the top laptop panel, $15 for the fan and $70 battery for a total cost (including tax) from $291.19 CDN. Part costs were lower than I could source. I was expecting a charge ranging from $600 to $800 based upon six to 8 hours of time plus parts.

I dropped off my lifeblood laptop PC on Friday afternoon. It was fixed by the following Tuesday at 9 am. He made a 300 GB backup of the PC before he made any fixes to ensure a restore point. If you live in my region (K-Town), please support his business, he is a technical hero.

I’m extremely pleased with my experience at Wytek. After driving 1.5 hours to be rudely turned away at another store for a specialty service, Mark at Wytek was able and willing to lend assistance in a pinch and had me up and running quickly and for a great price. I’ll will definitely be returning in the future for supplies!
10/10, will compute again.

Best service, best prices. Only place I send people to for computer problems or to purchase a computer. The owner is so honest and helpful and will build a used but in great shape computer if needed and will not rip you off . My mom bought a used computer 4 years ago, and it’s still awesome
