I was very happy with the service provided today. The one staff member I communicated with over phone/in-person was very patient with me (I had a lot of questions). They were able to fix my laptop just in one Saturday afternoon (the repair was relatively simple) which I was very grateful for. I am still unsure what the problem was (something about corrupted Windows files and needing a fresh Windows re-stall). I expected to need a hard drive replacement (because that’s what the ASUS customer support told me), and the staff could have easily charged me $200+ for something I did not need (I would have been none the wiser). But the staff did only the needed repair for $80. I also spent a lot of time in the store today, which meant I observed a lot of happy customers (for example, one customer came in for a phone that was supposed to be in stock but was actually sold 30 mins prior and so they sold them a newer phone for the original price). Overall, thanks for fixing it same-day and saving me the headache!!

Highly recommend! I needed to send my tax declaration to Vancouver, BC. I am a newcomer so I couldn’t do it online and had limited time like 1 day to send it. The specialist helped me a lot, providing a consultation on which post service to choose (time and budget, I payed 35CAD for FedEx next day delivery) – super! In addition I repaired my iPhone very cost effective. Changed back screen (90 CAD) and glued a new screen protection glass (10 CAD) just for 100CAD in total. Thank you!

Jay’s little shop is the ABSOLUTE BEST cell phone shop in town. He offers great deals on a good selection of nearly new phones and does it with a smile. His knowledgeable service, support and honest nature will have us coming back for our next phone. Thanks Jay!
