I took my phone for repairs while on holiday in Germany last year due to a broken speaker. It is a oneplus phone.
They replaced the screen to change the speaker (which I agreed to), however, the screen they used for replacement is a complete disaster. Surely they must have replaced it with a cheap replica and not an original oneplus screen. The screen has a very slow response time, the screen quality seems cheap compared to the previous one, the home button broke within hours, so they pretty much ruined my phone.

XY handy repair shop is located close to the Ulm Muenster so it is easy to access and locate. My iphone camera was not working. Had it fixed it here and the service was just amazing.

Came to this store to give a one last chance to repair my AirPods, every other store told me to trash them and buy a new pair. The main soundholes were obstructed, so he cleaned them very accurately with a brush. They look and sound brand new and the sound now comes out cleanly. Fair price and quick service. Thank you
