What a really helpful couple, Glen and his wife took in my old laptop computer and tried everything they could to sort out my problems. Unfortunately the old laptop could not be repaired. What they did was save everything I wanted from the laptop onto a usb stick. They then got my other smaller tablet working so that I was able to carry out everything I needed to do. They put on an office app so that I could prepare documents as requires. All the time they are having banter with me and between themselves. They only charged me a very minimal fee despite working on the computers for hours. I would reccommend this shop to anyone having problems with their computers. Many thanks.

My laptop went off during an up date from Microsoft who were trying to put windows 11 on my laptop even though my default is Chrome. As i did not want the windows 11 putting on my computer as I said NO to the update but still it tried to load it. Then my computer would not turn back on and load windows. I then took it to the computer shop in Yeadon and Glenn the IT expert fixed it and now it works. Just as well this is the third time this has happened where Microsoft are trying to take control of my laptop. Why don’t they keep there noses out of my laptop and stop messing with my computers and data, all this does is compromises my security on my accounts.

I didn’t know the reason behind my Macbook not working, initially called up to ask them how much to clean the fan and the store owned kindly provided me with advice on how to fix it. After this didn’t work I brought in the laptop and Yeadon Computers kindly cleaned my laptop and the fan. As they weren’t sure the problem was fixed, they didn’t charge for this work. Really friendly and kind staff who know what they’re doing, currently my laptop is working. Would highly, highly recommend!
