Outstanding service. Called Yommie and enquired about a problem with my laptop. I had called another service provider who instantly recommended replacing a part to resolve the issue and quoted a price for part and service. Opted to get a second opinion from Yommie who said that the part might not need to be replaced and even suggested a fix we could try at home before coming to save me the trip. That really stood out to me. When that didn’t resolve the issue he promptly scheduled for us to come the same day and quickly fixed the issue within half an hour at a fraction of the price! He was extremely professional and explained everything well so I could understand. Really impressed by his knowledge, honest approach to work and professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Yommy is a real lifesaver!

After updating my BIOS to the newest version, Windows wasn’t booting at all. As a PC enthusiast, I tried everything to fix it, unsuccessfully.

After calling around and getting ridiculous quotes from other companies, I ended up calling Yommy and he was super flexible to find some time on the same day and troubleshoot.

Took a couple of hours to fix the issue, and during that time I got to see how professional and knowledgeable he is, and what a delightful person as well.

I cannot recommend Yommy highly enough. Great service and great value. I needed a very fast turn round of servicing and replacing the solid state drive of my Dell laptop.
