This was a great experience. Best customer service i have received in a long while. He saw me on short notice. He was professional and patient with a mechanical procedure on my laptop. He also was not satisfied himself unless everything was perfectly in place. I strongly recommend this company and would not go anywhere else. he takes pride and pleasure in the work he performs and genuinely likes everyone who came in.
There are good people in the world. My elderly father had one of ‘those’ calls and I was worried his computer had been compromised. I live out of town but I called Yong’s and he said for my father to bring it in. He checked it over and ensured nothing was wrong, cleaned it up and sent him on his way. No charge and he also phoned me back to assure all was well. A big THANK YOU.
Was told it would only take an hour or 2 and that he would get to my computer that day… took 3 weeks to get around to diagnosing a fried graphics card even though thats the first thing I suggest he check. Will never be back.
