(Ok, it’s been 3 months, and 2 of the 3 phone covers have started to lift at the corners. Am a little disappointed and probably won’t buy more if they only last 3 months )

Dropped by to discuss and purchase covers for mobile phone and smart watch. Greeted by extremely friendly and professional member of staff. He showed us what was offered (2 types of screen cover) and explained the costs and time-frame of fitting. I am very happy with the quality of the screen covers.
They cost a lot more than most screen covers but feel the quality and attention to detail from staff reflects this.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and products received. I left with my mobile looking brand new!!!
I will definitely return to ensure future electrical items are protected.

I booked for Yoo Kase in advanced but decided to pop in at an earlier date to see if it was possible to have it done while I was free. Laura was lovely as well as her other colleague, she said that I would be absolutely fine to take me then instead and walked me through everything I needed to know. My phone was very very broken, I’ve never smashed a phone or seen one as bad as mine. Not only did they fix it and everything works but it was cheaper than expected and I got a discount for a screen protector. They were both lovely and made light out of the situation, would definitely recommend.

Came here after my phone wouldn’t turn on and vodaphone ‘helped’ by telling me it was broke due to a crack and I needed to take out a new plan.
I can’t remember his name (the lovely guy who made my friend 2 beautiful bunny cases and likes cola bottle sweets), but he told us it wasn’t the crack, it was more a storage issue and it can be fixed. He gave us some options of what to do at home and went through all the steps for us. He did tell me there was a chance my phone would wipe and sadly he was right. But at least I have a working phone again that didn’t cost me a penny. Thank you!
