I took in an iPhone for a new battery which was fully working, apart from having the tired battery. I got back a phone with a fault – Face ID no longer works. I asked to get it fixed, free-of-charge, and this was strenuously refused. All repairs are meant to be covered by a warranty, but evidently this is worthless. Also note that this company is not a member of any trade association, so if you do get into a dispute as I have, your options are limited.
Took my android phone in after it was deemed unrepairable by another repairer. Came back to me in perfect condition, with all my contacts, photos, videos and voice recordings intact. Quick and reasonably priced repair. Even though this repairer isn’t in my area, this will be my go to place for any future repairs.
Great place for repairs, I smashed my Pixel Camera glass on the back, rang and they knew exactly what was needed. Ordered the part and it arrived within a day, rang me back to arrange getting it sorted at the shop and at a great price. Highly reccomend and will use if needed in the future. Paul.
